Thermo King of the Southeast ThermoLite solar panels for Coldtainer portable refrigerated containers are available in various panel sizes and capacities for both flooded and Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) batteries. The flexible panels that can mold to curved surfaces have been optimized for transport applications to generate more power from a smaller design, and to protect against abrasion, punctures and impacts. The ThermoLite panels are fitted with connectors and sleeves that guard components and low profile electronics against the elements, and are affixed with an aggressive adhesive backing that is designed to never come off if properly installed. ThermoLite solar panels have an expected 20-year life and come with a five-year warranty. Simple to operate, Coldtainers can use solar panels at facilities and job locations and seamlessly move to 12V operation when the vehicle is in transit. The portable, versatile units are offered in cooling, freezing and heating front opening or top loading models in a range of sizes.
